Who it's for
Design work is most useful when it's tied to what your customers are trying to do.
- Brands whose store looks generic, dated, or unlike the rest of their marketing
- Businesses planning a new store and wanting it designed before it's built
- Teams redesigning after a rebrand or a change in product range
- Stores where customers struggle to find, compare, or choose products
What it can include
Product pages that answer customers' questions, and a store that feels like your brand rather than a theme demo. What's included depends on your project. We confirm the exact deliverables in your proposal.
- A UX review of your current store, if you have one
- Sitemap and navigation structure
- Wireframes for key templates
- High-fidelity designs for home, collection, product, cart, and content pages
- Mobile and desktop layouts for every template
- A component library with type, color, buttons, and states
- A clickable prototype for review
- Developer-ready specifications, or a direct handoff if we're also building your store
Problems we solve
Products that are hard to evaluate
Customers leave when they can't find sizing, materials, shipping, or returns details. We plan product page content so the answers are where people look for them.
Navigation that mirrors your org chart
Menus often follow how a business is organized internally. We structure categories around how customers actually shop: by need, occasion, or problem.
A brand that disappears online
A strong brand can turn generic once it's inside a theme. We build a visual system that carries your identity into every template.
Mobile as an afterthought
Most shoppers browse on their phones. We design mobile layouts first, so filters, galleries, and add-to-cart feel natural on a small screen.
How it works
Research
We look at your customers, competitors, current analytics if available, and the questions your support team hears most.
Structure
We map the sitemap and navigation, then wireframe the templates that matter most to buying decisions.
Visual direction
We explore how your brand translates to the storefront and agree on one direction before designing every page.
Template design
We design each template for mobile and desktop and build out the component library.
Prototype and handoff
You review a clickable prototype, we refine, and the designs go to development with clear specifications.
Common questions
More answers on our FAQ page.
Do you only design, or do you build the store too?
We do both, so nothing gets lost between design and build. If you have your own developer, we'll prepare a clean handoff.
Can you redesign my store without changing platforms?
Yes. Most redesigns stay on the current platform. We design within what your platform does well and flag anything that would need custom development.
How do I review the designs?
You'll review a clickable prototype in your browser on desktop and mobile, so you can see how pages flow rather than judging static images.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Revision rounds are agreed in each proposal. Standard revision policy to be confirmed
Will the new design affect my SEO?
It can if URLs, headings, or content change. We plan for that during design and, if needed, pair the project with our e-commerce SEO service for redirects and pre-launch checks.
