What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly product businesses selling online: first-time founders, growing e-commerce brands, established businesses redesigning their stores, and teams that need technical help. We work with clients across the United States and North America.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
A short description of what you sell, what isn't working today, and what you'd like to achieve is plenty to start. Our guide to decisions to make before building a store covers the rest.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, and WordPress with WooCommerce. If you're not sure which suits you, read our Shopify vs. WooCommerce comparison or ask us.
Do you only work with e-commerce businesses?
E-commerce is our focus, but our branding, graphic design, WordPress, and maintenance services are also useful for businesses that don't sell online.
Pricing and timelines
How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on scope. A brand refresh, a configured Shopify theme, and a custom build with integrations are very different projects. After an initial call, we send a proposal with a custom quotation. We don't publish fixed packages or price ranges, because every project is priced on its requirements and scope.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly content and feedback come together. Your proposal will include a schedule. Typical timelines to be confirmed

Working together
Do you work remotely?
Yes. AN Services INC works remotely, with clients across the United States and North America.
How will we communicate during the project?
You'll have regular check-ins and written updates on progress, decisions, and anything we need from you. We agree on the details at kickoff.
Can you work with our existing team or developer?
Yes. We can hand designs to your developer, share a code repository, or take on one part of a larger project.
Will I own what you create?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your project agreement. Standard terms to be confirmed
After launch
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Our maintenance and support plans cover updates, fixes, monitoring, and monthly improvement time.
Can you guarantee search rankings or sales?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or revenue. We do careful, transparent work based on established practice and report on what we measure.
Will I be able to update my site myself?
Yes. We build with your platform's own editing tools and walk your team through day-to-day updates before handover.
